Biography
About the artist
Working from her home studio along the Western Australian coast, Natalia creates fine art and calligraphy shaped by her Italian heritage and love of nature. Her practice is guided by an enduring interest in detail: the quiet nuances of form, colour and rhythm.
With roots in northern Italy, Natalia was introduced early to the visual language of classical art and cultural ornamentation. This influence continues to inform her practice, guiding her interest in form, composition and the nuances that give a piece its character. After moving to Perth, she immersed herself in the local art community, contributing to exhibitions and creative initiatives while expanding her practice across watercolour, pastels, oils, acrylics and natural pigments.
Since establishing her independent art practice and home studio in 2017, Natalia’s work has evolved to encompass original fine art, bespoke commissions and curated collections, alongside courses and workshops. Her practice moves fluidly between studio work and collaborative projects, creating paintings, calligraphy and commissioned pieces that celebrate meaningful moments while maintaining a timeless, considered aesthetic.
